general contractors for rehab
I have a property needs a little fix up just found out all the copper pipes was taking from the property.Needs about $15,000 in rehab,also this is my first fix and flip I'am thinking about taking on. My question is do i find a general contractor to do all the work or sub out the work to some one license in the field i need the work done? In Newport News, VA
