Anyone hear or see what is happening in the Raleigh/Durham and surrounding areas? Companies are flooding the area and creating jobs and an increased need for housing. Apple, Google & Meta are just a few to name. If you are already investing in the area, has this changed your strategy? And if you are just starting to invest in the area or looking to get started, how does this impact what you will do to get started?

@Marc Rice Airbnb has become another great investment strategy. We do a lot of business in the Raleigh and surrounding areas. Would like to hear more about what you plan on doing in the NC market.

The growth in the area seems to expand on a daily basis! Companies such as Apple & Google are moving in, developments are breaking ground and expanding their footprint creating new opportunities & investors from all areas of the US are starting to fix & flip. What is your take on the growth in the area and the impact it is having on flipping? Has it changed your strategy? What are the ups and downs you have faced? 

New Builds are popping up everywhere. From vacant land to buying distressed homes to tear down and rebuild, the real estate market is expanding and growing! If you are in development, are looking for land or have interest in learning more about new builds then let's connect!
