Possible resale $90k. Price: $29,000 negotiable. Who would be a good private money lender or hard money lender to use to make this deal work or is it a great deal? How can I put it under contact with out having any earnest money for a deposit ? I hear people talking about putting houses under contact for $1.00 - $100.00 is this possible?
