Changing the bricks on a house?

Hopefully the picture uploaded. This is the house that I plan on flipping and as you can tell...it needs work. I have two questions...is there anyway to change this brick color or switch from brick completely? It's really ugly but I have a feeling it will have to stay.

Second question... should I build a garage or rebuild the carport? As you can tell there is a very rundown carport and I would like to get rid of that but from my understanding, a 1 car garage will cost at least 15k.

Any suggestions?
