Good fix and flip markets around Phoenix, AZ?

I am researching into remote flipping and out of state markets. I will be visiting Phoenix, AZ soon as I have family there. I love the area and know the market is hot and continually growing. I will be in the area of North Phoenix. I am wondering what outside towns are up and coming and worth taking a look into. Can any deals be pulled off the MLS in these areas or has it gotten too hot? I am in NY, our "hot market" here is untouchable.
