Low water pressure in kitchen sink

Every other sink in the house has normal pressure for the hot and cold water. The kitchen has about 1/10 the normal flow even with the aerator removed. This is with hot and cold water. It's a single handle faucet with that ball valve in the center. I removed the ball valve and there was nothing obstructing the cups. Do you think there is an obstruction in the neck? If so, how would i remove it?
