Alaska ongoing flip/renovations
I have been wanting to get my hands involved in some foreclosure deals, quick flips, or basically anything where I can buy property under market value, renovate, and then sell or even keep as a rental. Who in the anchorage, alaska area would mind sharing some stories on the above? Anyone currently working on some deals or flips? I would love to shadow or even help out with anything. I just finished a flip, have another one I'm in the middle of, have rentals, wholesale, do creative financing, purchase value ad rentals, etc. What would you like to know? I'm local here in Anchorage if you want to grab coffee or lunch sometime and talk more.
@Keenan Fitzpatrick appreciate the reply. Really looking to see a project through with someone. I can only read so much, it would be nice to finally get hands on and gain some actual experience from someone who has done it. I would be interested in linking up for sure. Thank you.
