Greetings all,

I am just arriving to NJ and am looking to purchase a property in Seaside Heights. I am Interested to hear how well property owners in the area cash-flowed in the past couple years. Did you do annual, or STR? Tips tricks, what sites did you use to advertise, etc.

I’m addition, if there are any local investors that would like to network I would love the mentorship and guidance as I learn this new market. Thanks for your time.

@Keenan Fitzpatrick appreciate the reply. Really looking to see a project through with someone. I can only read so much, it would be nice to finally get hands on and gain some actual experience from someone who has done it. I would be interested in linking up for sure. Thank you.

@Keenan Fitzpatrick hahaha yes.. the great year of 2020. I've been reading exactly that, and after speaking to other investors who have STR it seems they profit significantly more using this method. I'd imagine the work associated with it will also add up. Thank you for the reply.

@Shaun Hatton thanks for the reply and awesome advice. I’m familiar with reviewing declarations and covenants for HOAs. Although they can be a pain to track down at times, which makes me question why. Anyway thanks.

Greetings All,

I am looking at buying a condo in downtown Anchorage, Alaska to rent out as a BnB. Looking for any success stories or others who use this strategy in the area. How profitable is it? Do you self manage or go through a PM? Thanks for your time, cheers all!

I have been wanting to get my hands involved in some foreclosure deals, quick flips, or basically anything where I can buy property under market value, renovate, and then sell or even keep as a rental. Who in the anchorage, alaska area would mind sharing some stories on the above? Anyone currently working on some deals or flips? I would love to shadow or even help out with anything. I just want to learn. Thanks for your time, cheers all!
