Order of improvements
First post, here we go....
I have located a property that I am interested in trying my first flip. The single family home is gutted to the studs in all rooms (thanks for doing the dirty work current owner).
In general, what comes first in the list of improvements: Plumbing, electrical, heating and cooling, drywall, etc. Obviously, I can not paint before drywall is done and drywall is done after plumbing, electrical, HVAC. Is there a good guideline to follow?

I did an extensive rehab on my current property. It was tougher than building a new house I think. I wouldn't do it again if I know what I know now. I wish I would have started with something turn key. I over paid for the house and under estimated the work involved.
