What's going on bigger pockets fam! I am a new wholesaler but I am trying to separate myself from the average wholesaler. I want to specialize in getting my buyers EXACTLY the ROI they like to see. I believe relationships mean more than money. I am in the Richmond, VA market and am curious, what is an ideal purchase price range and ROI on a fix in flip in a market like mine?
