Atlanta, Georgia - Plumbing and HVAC Contractors

Hello All,

I need a few suggestions for a few fair priced plumbing and HVAC contractors in the Atlanta area who can come out and give me an official estimate ASAP. This is a fix and flip for a 1700 sq ft home with two bathrooms. The home needs a full re-plumbing and the HVAC ducts need to be replaced. The home was built in 1953 and the pipes are galvanized but they don't appear to be in terrible shape, so I'd rather not replace them with PEX if it's not necessary. It would be a great help if the community can help me with the following:

1. Finding a fair priced plumber and HVAC contractor

2. Giving me a ball park price of the cost to replace the plumbing and HVAC ducts

3. Let me know what the requirements are for replacing galvanized pipes in Georgia (what am I required to do by law etc.)
