Pre-hab. How much work would you do?
I read a great article today by @Glenn Schworm and that brings me to this? How much work would you put into a "Pre-hab"?

It depends on who your anticipated end-buyer is.
If the end-buyer is a landlord, make it rent ready.
If the end-buyer is another rehabber, fix just the stuff most rehabbers are scared to fix (structural, mold, termites, etc).
If the end-buyer is a homeowner who wants to put in some sweat equity, make it move-in-ready.
Once you have a good idea of who your end-buyer is, you should have a pretty good idea of how much work you need to do.
Btw, I've used this strategy several times over the years, and if you're right about your end-buyer, it can be very profitable.
