Looking for advice/partners for RE Flips

Hi,

I am in the SoCal area and am a beginner real estate agent (22 years old). I’ll have around 15-25k at the end of the year saved and wanted to do my first flip in 2021, well... be a part of one at least!

I understand this is not enough, especially where I am in Long Beach... Can someone point me in the right direction? Out of state seems better since my money goes further but I’m scared and can’t afford to be flying around to scout properties. I also understand I don’t have a lot saved up right now so any knowledge is helpful in where I should be heading.

I would definitely agree with what @Timothy Lewis and @Brian G. has said. Hit the local REI club as often as you can and get to know everybody there. Often times you'll be able to find all the resources you'll need there to get started (money/partners, experienced people you can ask questions to, references for good people to do work for you, potential mentors). It's also good to just speak with people in your local market and find out what is working for them.
