Hi,

I am in the SoCal area and am a beginner real estate agent (22 years old). I’ll have around 15-25k at the end of the year saved and wanted to do my first flip in 2021, well... be a part of one at least!

I understand this is not enough, especially where I am in Long Beach... Can someone point me in the right direction? Out of state seems better since my money goes further but I’m scared and can’t afford to be flying around to scout properties. I also understand I don’t have a lot saved up right now so any knowledge is helpful in where I should be heading.

I’m a real estate agent in Southern California and I am looking to discuss neighborhoods in Birmingham Alabama for investment purposes. It seems like one street there are homes for 200k and the next 25k. Just looking for some insight on family neighborhoods and good places to buy a single/multi family unit.
