Hi guys and girls,

I’m a new investor interested in flipping houses. I know there’s a lot of risk but also a lot of reward. What is some advice you’d give to a new flipper? All comments are much appreciated!

@Yenisel Avila

1. Make plenty of offers......most low ball offers dont get accepted but the ones that do you will make $$

2. Add a 10% over budget to your remodel estimates. Things happen.

3. Line up your financing...private investors, funds from savings, other sources., You want to be ready with a cash close when you find your deal.

Best of luck in all your endeavors.
