Finally some offers accepted!

Well we have 7 out and just got two accepted today. A little sad for me because I really only want to bulid new houses, these are two existing houses that need a lot of work.

I really feel like these REHAUL (wouldn't consider rehab when the house is rotting away and all electrical and plumbing need redoing) are more work and hassle and time then new construction.

BUT I am excited to have any project to manage because that is when I get paid.

Can you post pics on here anywhere? Or if I made a before, during and after website could I post a link just to show a project under way? I can post all my numbers from start to finish etc etc would anyone be interested in something like that?
