construction defect lawsuits is a business for attorneys and with passing of new laws there is more protection for builders then previously. Sb800 gives right to repair.

Hedge fund will be losing money when rents drop and they will. Simple supply and demand. They flooded so cal with new rentals. I foresee big losses in next one-two years. They are trying to push up market rents but they will go down. I already see it happening in anaheim

Sounds like a setup. If tge owner is a contractor why wouldnt ge do the work to make the money? Make sure you get other quotes!!!

Maybe in kansas 5k sounds high for insurance but it sound very low for california

Lol I will say after being an office manager and controller for 14years in construction industry I am VERY happy not to be involved in insurance or legal anymore. I have no idea how the owner is doing it or how much it costs. Not my problem! Now I just get to plan and execute and finally after being at a desk pushing paper for so long I can get some sun

Terry P. also, most likely on these hill lots I was referencing I WOULD need an architect another reason I have decided to completely avoid them and stick with flat lots, there are enough of them out there!
