Newbie investor looking for answers
Hi my name is Tony,
I live in southern California, Orange County to be exact. I have never invested in real estate before And would like to get started. From what I’ve gathered is I will have to invest out of state due to insufficient cash flow deals in southern California. I’ve read “long distance real estate investing” and taken a lot of valuable content from the book. still afraid of investing out of state.
Though afraid I am looking into Texas (not sure specific location) for at least a SFR/duplex with Minimal work to get started.
Hope everyone can chime in about Any ideas experiences and knowledge With investing out of state.
thank you everyone in advance.
