A few flips later now what

So I have done a few flips now but they only come along every few months how do I take this to the next level where I can do 1 flips a month or more

Corey, how are you sourcing deals? If everything else is lined up (finances, contractors, etc) and you just need more properties to flip, network with local wholesalers and work with one of the top investor friendly real estate agents in your area. This is what I would recommend to investors anywhere, including my home market of San Antonio.

If you have a lot of capital to put towards it you could also market to distressed sellers if it is legal to do so in your state and source your own deals directly. A bit more time and capital involved but that can be extremely lucrative if you're in the position to do it.
