    Hi @Alexei Rotaru I ran into a similar problem with one of our units a few years ago. Unfortunately for us there wasn't a central source of the urine so we had to do a variety of things, remove carpet, replace floor boards, paint walls, even flooring in the basement. We used chemicals on it as well. By the end of it we got it smelling much better. As Bob mentioned Odoban or an ozone machine are other alternatives if it is a couple isolated areas.
