@Rudy Ramirez - Are you able to elaborate a little more about why you are looking for a loan and why type of project it is?

Either way, I'd get in touch with some good local lenders in Chicago like @Michael Barbari or @Michael Facchini.

There are tons of different loan options out there, you just have to keep asking till you find the right one for your project.
