Hey Mike, I'm not a handyman but I am a lisenced plumber in the Chicagoland area. I know some people who dabble in a little bit of everything. If you need any work/plumbing work done let me know.

I'm just starting out trying to find rental properties in and around my area (plainfield il.) I've done lots of research and read lots of books. And now I feel it's time to get started investing in RE. If anyone knows of any real estate mastermind groups near by please let me know.
