Outdated ceiling fan, doors? Keep or replace?

Hi BP

My price point after I'm done in 230-50k. That is in the median of avg home buyers, looking at young first timer or young family.

I got 1960 ceiling fan brass and low ceiling. My guts telling me to remove and replace with flushed lights.

Door is in great condition but it plain no raised panels and and stained, dated look, Should I replace with the white $20 interior doors from Home Depot?

I'm upgrading kitchen and all the baths bringing it from 1960s straight to 2013.

Thanks in advance

First time buyers like new stuff. It doesn't have to be high end, but new really helps. I would change out those items.
