How to find Property Manager and GC for House Hack

Hello everyone,

We are moving out of our house and making it in to a rental in Fairfield CA . We bought it at $380k at 5% down, 3/3 house. I am adding a 4th bedroom to make the numbers work.

Mortgage is $2,220 at 3.5% interest

Hopping to rent it for $2,600-2,800.

This will be our first property be rent out ourselves. We think we should still use a property manager to help us get the ball rolling. We don’t have any contacts as far as PM, GC, Handyman. We called a few and most of them are late to reply and don’t seam to be to interested. Any suggestions on how to find this type of help? And any advice on taking this on ourselves?

Any input will be appreciate it.
