Cagey real estate agent

We looked at a property yesterday and the realtor was very cagey; no information, no sellers disclosure, no idea about whether it was sewer or septic. He said he told the seller “the less I know the better”. Very odd. We like the property but I feel he’s hiding something. Thoughts?

Run away. Any agent who would tell you "the less he knows the better" about a property he is representing on the market is just hoping to reduce his liability when something goes wrong. It doesn't really matter what he's hiding in the end though, it matters what the seller is hiding and if you can find it during the inspection. If a deal feels bad, especially from the start, it usually goes much worse.
