A good way to find a good GC and good subs

I see it get asked a lot so i figured id give an idea on how to find them. One great way is the parade of homes. When the parade of homes is active, you can go and tour all these homes. The homes show you the quality of the work. Usually the GCs are on site, if not, you can get there contact info. You can also see the subs work. Say youre looking for a tile guy, you can see the quality of his work and get his information. This goes for all other trades also. When the parade is not active, you can find the higher end neighborhoods and find the GCs that are building there also. They still do reno work and the same rules apply. Just food for thought for the new investors. Hope this helps somebody
