@Stephen Kunen im in NC and am a subcontractor myself. Im at the end of a flip right now with a few subs in and out of the house and have had no problems getting it done. I imagine this is situational to the location. We havent been hit hard yet and people are acting like nothing is happening. Im just hoping i can sell this house relatively fast and get liquid again before it gets worse. The problem i just found out that i have is that an FHA buyers is not eligible to purchase my property until ive owned it for at least 90 days. Kind of sucks for me

So i closed on a property on Feb. 27th and am about to have it wrapped up to put on the market. I was talking with my agent today and she was talking with her finance people and they said that an FHA buyer wouldnt qualify for my property because i havent owned it for at least 3 months. Please tell me this is a joke because ive never heard of this before. Fyi, i paid cash for the house so i dont owe on it

@George Edwards ahh, i assumed the opposite. Usually, in my area, new construcution tends to go for more depending on the finishes. Typical track homes have more sq footage but less lot footage. So it all kind of depends
