Best way to identify and find a contractor?
I don't have many contractor contacts yet..
In the area, I've been through and seen some rehabbed properties that were done well. I'm thinking to try and connect with the people who did these projects and then talk to them about bids on future buys.
What's the best way to find the contractors who did the work?
