Hello BiggerPockets family!

How do I start an LLC?

Purchase a house and flipping it and need to put that into LLC.

Do I need a lawyer to set a contract how our LLC would be operated or we can do that contract ourself?

How do flippers set their LLC while flipping that property?

thank you!

Sincerely,Vilena

You don't need a lawyer. You can use legalzoom or you can do it on your secretary of state's website. It is not that difficult to do. However, if you have a more complex LLC or if you have a partner, it may be a good idea to go to a lawyer for this sort of thing. Hope this helps
