Working on a potential deal there.

What's your average price per sq ft for updates?

House is 3,000 + sq ft.

Thanks,

Glynn

@Rob Williford I hate to be vague but I'm trying to give what I feel is the most accurate answer which is, it depends.

Especially in New Haven, you can do a solid rental with laminate counters and off the rack cabinets or there are some hight priced, granite counters, high end finished apartments.

All depends on your location, your ARV, rehab budget, and desired tenants.

But good luck, and maybe someone will chime in with a rough number you are comfortable utilizing

    Best,

    Ryan
