Hey guys, haven't posted in BP in quite some time.

My partner and I are back in the game and noticed that the offer scenario is super competitive with very little supply. Please give details on how you structure your offers on cash deals and the layout of the contract. This will help as we are not seeing much acceptance. Thanks a million!
