Siding & Insulation Needed for Duplex Remodel

I have a duplex that I recently purchased in Grand Rapids, MI. It is a gut rehab and we are close to finalizing the rough-in phase.  I am interested in any recommendations for local insulation companies.  Since this is an investment there is a keen focus on budget.  Also, I am interested in any siding company recommendations.  At this point I am thinking vinyl will be the preferred route but am open to other suggestions.  Thank you in advance.
