So there’s this guy who bought a 400k home for 10k then fixed it up and sold for 600k for a profit of 200k. It seems pretty simple but in reality i know it’s probably not. Can someone explain how this guy most likely pulled this off? I’m new to this stuff :) (Ps he did it in less than 6 months)
