@Amy Aziz thanks Amy.

Hello Everyone,

I am trying to purchase a house and I have subscriptions to Property Shark and been doing a google search for properties.

I found a few and they are abandoned and neglected and a few are Les pedins.

I would like to purchase them, would I head downtown to the county clerk?

What are the steps to get this property?

Please help

Thanks

Hello, can someone help me with this Question

When you change to a llc does the Bank give you 30 days to pay off the mortgage?

Please shed some light on this process overall.

Thank You.

@Mike S.

Thanks a million Mike! All helpful information

Who would be best suited to form LLcs in your opinion?

Also let’s say I purchase the property using my own credit for now can I eventually set up these things and roll the properties into the LLc?

Hello,

I am new to BP and investing in Real Estate as a whole.

I was told that creating a Holding Company and having a Operating company under that as another LLC is the way to go when I start to purchase property.

What I'm confused about is S Corp vs C Corp and which one is taxed better? Which one should my holding and operating LLC fall under? S or C Corp and why? I would like to pay less taxes so please can someone help point me in the right direction? I would forever be grateful!
