Seller fund my rehab

Seller will fund my rehab! Arv 300k. They asking 230. I offered 155k. They said that too low. Then i offer if you can fund me the rehab. I can get my profit 10 percent of arv first. Then subtract your purchase price 155, fix cost, closing, realtor fee. The rest we do 50/50. She is ok with that. The question is what kind of paper work that i need to do. I am in Dallas texas. Any idea for help me out!

This sounds like a Joint Venture. You will need for your attorney to draft the JV agreement to capture the details. Sounds like a great deal for both of you. Good luck.
