another what-all and what order question

1972 single family dwelling:
If upgrading the plumbing and electric is necessary, does that mean ripping them out and replacing with new, or just adding to them?
How is the electrical updated? Or is it just adding a new meter box?
How is the plumbing updated? AFAIK, there are no plumbing leaks

new kitchen about a 9x12
in floor solar radient heat and hot water,
tile throughout
bath repair, possibly cosmetic, and
exterior paint.

what order are the jobs done in? All would have to be hired.
