Asking all Appraisers!
Hi everyone! - I’m trying to find out the best way to go about getting the highest appraisal I can for my property...like most of us. Is saying something to the appraiser like “ Hi, here are my before and after pics, direct comps, and list of work done to the property, I apologize for the overload of information but I’m just trying to get the best appraisal I can.” Is that frowned upon or a good way to go about it? Thank you!
