Trying Property Management

I have been searching for a home to rent for the past 2-3 months in the Atlanta metro area and I have worked with a lot of different property management companies and a lot of them are either unprofessional or inconsistent. With all that I feel I can definitely contribute to this business that I am getting ready to be in REI but I would like to know are their any property managers that could help me because I have some questions I'd like to ask?
