How do you start business credit in order to help finance real estate loans? And she business credit better than personal credit?

I have been searching for a home to rent for the past 2-3 months in the Atlanta metro area and I have worked with a lot of different property management companies and a lot of them are either unprofessional or inconsistent. With all that I feel I can definitely contribute to this business that I am getting ready to be in REI but I would like to know are their any property managers that could help me because I have some questions I'd like to ask? Thank you!

No I haven't I read a article last night on BiggerPockets and spending too much much on gurus and buying every REI course I see that's why I ask does anybody any great in Atlanta without waste time on unnecessary course and gurus that haven't help newbies like myself. But thank you I will definitely check them out!!
