Looking for my first deal!

I'm looking for my first deal to BRRR. I have a partner who is ready to invest with me ,but I'm going back and forth on whether I should search for my own deal and try to analyze it myself or should I find a realtor who specializes in foreclosures and investment properties? I know I should still research and analyze a deal myself even with a realtor but just wondering should i have that extra experience with me so I can have additional assistance? Thanks!

Hello Robert,

First off, congratulations on taking a big step towards your first deal!

I highly recommend speaking with a local realtor who understands what you're looking to accomplish and can point you in the right direction. In many instances, you do not even have to pay for having representation.

That being said, I totally agree with you... you SHOULD still research and analyze you're own deals.

Best of luck during your search!

Abel
