Buying a Fire damaged home
I am looking at a home in my area to make it my first project
The home has fire damage and the owner is willing to sale
Now i just dont know were to begin my due diligence
I had ran the comps the house can go for 250-300k
im not sure should the house be torned completely down and start over or the house can be saved and start building on it i need to know what i need to be looking for in order to make this project work
