I bought a investment property
I bought an a fixer upper in gary Indiana. the property out this way is very cheap. I have another investment property and it's a daycare as of right now. I told myself instead of renting it out for 750 to a 1000 how bout I turn it to a daycare and make 5000 plus a month with that property. so with this property I'm gone do the same. but I want to know who can I talk to about getting a loan to fix it up.
