I will appreciate it if u can do that for me.

I bought an a fixer upper in gary Indiana. the property out this way is very cheap. I have another investment property and it's a daycare as of right now. I told myself instead of renting it out for 750 to a 1000 how bout I turn it to a daycare and make 5000 plus a month with that property. so with this property I'm gone do the same. but I want to know who can I talk to about getting a loan to fix it up.

I’m not married but I planned on getting married. I was wondering how to protect my assets from marriage. Also how to I avoid my wife debt?

I opened a c corporation in Delaware but I'm gone be doing business in Indiana. do u think this was a good idea? I wanted to have that as my parent company but I talked to alot people and they said that was a bad idea

Is serious LLc is a good way to protect your assets? Also is it better to property is your own name or Llc? Say if u let your LLC expire will u lose the property in the LLC?
