Establishing Partnerships in Multiple Cities

Hello BP Members,

If anyone with experience in SFR flipping/wholetailing in multiple cities, has any recommended plans for establishing relationships with contractors and realtors, I'd like to hear your recommendations.

I'm working on being operational in multiple cities without having to constantly travel to the project with doing small to large renovation projects. I'm interested to hear your experiences and what tactics you find most successful.
