Can anyone speak to the current market in/around/near Navarre, Florida as it relates to flips & the brrrr strategy? 

I have a family member who lives in Navarre who could  be "boots on the ground" and is in the trades.

Is this a target rich environment for either flips or the brrrr strategy?

Curios if this market is worth pursuing further.
