How much value does finishing a basement add to a property?

I am working on a flip for a property in an A neighborhood and debating if I should finish the basement.

The house is a ranch so the basement is huge, there use to be a kitchen down there as well so all the hook ups are there

My thought was should I leave it unfinished and discount the price for who ever moves in to it can finish it how they want, if they wanna keep the kitchen down there or whatever they want to do.

I feel as no one wants to buy a house that needs work either therefore I should just finish it.

Any advice would be great.

Thanks in advance.
