palm tree pruning or removal

I have a 40 foot tall fan palm that needs trimmed or removed. Anybody have any idea of what those will cost?
I'm sure somebody out there had a tree trimmed or removed in the past year or so. Relatively easy to get to with a lift truck, and I've had estimates of 4-5 years of growth-to 15 years. Because of the size, I want someone with insurance and wc, so not someone passing through.
