Bathroom in basement?
Hi everyone, so I have a design question for a flip. The house is in a decent neighborhood in a small town, about 1400 sq ft, full bath downstairs and small (4'x4') half upstairs. There is a small bath in the basement but the floor is wet, shower is crappy, and ceiling is low. I don't think there's anyway to make the upstairs a full, so I'm wondering if it's worth putting a small 3/4 bath in the basement. I know 1.5 bath houses don't sell as well as 2 bath, but I really don't think trying to dry the basement bath out and remodel it is worth the expense and time. What do you guys think? Is a 3 bed 1.5 bath house really that bad? Estimated ARV is around 120k
