Insurance suggestions for a rehab in San Diego

I'm about to start on a flip in San Diego.
It will have about 50k in rehab, ARV 280k.
Holding time: approx. 3-4 months

I'm looking for advice on what is the best type of policy to hold, also any referrals to insurance agents.
