Fix and Rent or Rent than Fix?

OK BP I closed on a SFR that needs new cabinets and I’m adding a bedroom and finishing the basement along with some landscaping. My question is this. This is a buy and hold strategy. Question is do you put the rental listing up know since it’s a high demand market but risk loosing a potential tenant because they looked at the property unfinished or do you wait until the property is ready to show but loose potentially renting out quicker.

My 2 cents worth - Definitely finish fixing before showing it to potentials tenants. People like seeing finished products. Good luck!
